No more changeover chaos
Your team knows which units to ready, without calling.
Planning, changeovers & routes
Verbleif shows in one screen what needs to happen today and in what order. You see the tasks for the day, the changeover day, the walk route across the grounds and, per property, its current status: have the guests left, are they still there or is the property vacant. Arrivals and departures sit next to the work they create, so your team always knows where to go next.

The basics
Planning brings the separate pieces together: tasks, reservations and property status in one overview. Instead of calling reception or walking a round yourself to check what is ready, you simply see it in the app.
The walk route puts the cleaning round in a logical order across the grounds, so your team does not have to walk back and forth. The property status shows per property through the house and figure icons: blue means guests are present, red means guests have not left yet on a changeover day, green means they have left and grey means the property is vacant. Changeovers, arrivals and departures have their own marker, and a lock shows that a property is still blocked by an open task.

Ideal for
Planning and walk routes are for the teams that keep the changeover day running.
On changeover days especially it was chaos: constantly calling reception to check whether cottages were ready. Verbleif was born out of exactly that problem.
