Do I have to keep paying during the winter season?
Each package includes a set number of users by default. For holiday workers or temporary cleaning crews we offer flex users that you can scale monthly. Reach out to sales if you would like to use this.
Can I try Verbleif?
Yes. We offer a 30-day demo environment. Get in touch and we will set one up for you.
Is unlimited really unlimited?
Yes! We use a fair-use policy.
Which payment methods do you accept?
iDEAL, direct debit and invoice.
Can I also pay monthly?
We are happy to think along. Paying in instalments is possible. There may be administrative costs involved.
What is the duration of a package?

Where is my data hosted and is it safe?
Verbleif runs in the cloud on AWS within the European Union, with your data stored in the EU. All traffic runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection, we make daily backups, and two-factor authentication is available for every user.
Are you GDPR compliant?
Yes. We handle your data and your guests' data according to GDPR. A processing agreement is part of the contract.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Verbleif works entirely in the browser and through our iOS and Android apps. There is nothing to install on your computer, and updates roll out automatically.
Do you have an API and webhooks?
Yes. From the Pro plan you get access to our open API and signed webhooks, so you can build your own integrations on top of Verbleif. Custom integrations are available on Enterprise.
Does the app work without internet on the park?
Yes. The mobile app is offline-first: your team keeps working out on the grounds without reception, and everything syncs as soon as the connection returns.
How do I know the system is up?
We target 99.9% uptime, publish a live status page with uptime and incident history, and you can subscribe to email or webhook notifications there.
